COVID-19 Update:

We are working with a significantly reduced staff in our US headset repair department and ask that you postpone the repair of your headset if it's possible. If it is not possible to delay your repair, please expect the turnaround time to be longer than usual, approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Our headset repair facility in Canada is open. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding given these challenging circumstances.
